Lương lậu cho các mod

Ok. Cái vấn đề lương lậu cho mod muốn làm từ lâu rùi nhưng ko có thời gian. Giờ mới rỗi được một chút nên phải thực hiện ngay

Chú ý, đọc bài giới thiệu về hệ thống tiền tệ, ngân hàng trong diễn đàn nếu bạn chưa biết, kẻo lầm tưởng





Việc phát lương sẽ được thực hiện theo tuần. Mức lương cơ bản sẽ là $20 và sẽ có nhiều bậc lương, tùy vào sự nhiệt tình của mod. Bậc lương chính là hệ số để nhân với mức lương cơ bản tính thành tiền lương hàng tuần.

Sau đây là các bậc lương cho các vị trí trial mod, mod, & smod ban đầu:

- Trial mod: bậc lương 1,5
- Mod: bậc lương 3
- Smod: bậc lương 4

Đây chỉ là bậc lương ban đầu khi bạn mới đảm nhận vị trí của mình thôi. Sau một thời gian nếu làm việc tích cực thì sẽ được xét tăng bậc lương. Còn nếu làm việc không tích cực thì sẽ bị hạ bậc lương. Việc tăng hay hạ bậc lương cho các mod sẽ được xét theo tháng.
Ngoài ra, sẽ có tiền thưởng cho các mod vào các dịp đặc biệt như lễ tết, tiền thưởng vì hoạt động tích cực...

Việc phát lương như đã nói sẽ theo từng tuần. Nếu trong cả tuần bạn không có đóng góp, hoạt động gì trong forum thì sẽ bị cắt lương trong tuần đó. Nếu bạn bị cắt lương trong vòng một tháng thì sẽ bị mất vị trí mà mình nắm giữ và trở lại làm thường dân.

Nếu mod muốn xin tạm nghỉ một thời gian thì hãy làm đơn xin nghỉ và post trong box "Alô, ban điều hành xin nghe". Mod phải nêu rõ lý do xin nghỉ, và nêu rõ dự tính bao giờ có thể quay trở làm mod. Trong thời gian nghỉ, mod sẽ ko được hưởng lương, nhưng khi có điều kiện đẻ quay trở lại làm mod, mod sẽ lại được hưởng mức lương trở lại như trước đó.

Còn nếu mod muốn xin nghỉ hẳn cũng làm đơn xin nghỉ trong box "Alô, ban điều hành xin nghe". Mod sẽ được set lại thành mem.

Công việc của mod sẽ là:

- Post bài trong box mình quản lý
- Sắp xếp, quản lý bài vở trong box mình
- Nhắc nhở các thành viên vi phạm nội quy box như gõ tiếng Việt không dấu, spam bài...

Công việc của smod sẽ là:
Giúp admin:
- Giải đáp các thắc mắc của thành viên
- Sắp xếp, quản lý bài vở trong forum
- Nhắc nhở các thành viên vi phạm nội quy box như gõ tiếng Việt không dấu, spam bài...

Các mod & smod sẽ phải hoạt động đều và tích cực, chứ không thể thích thì vào forum như trước đây được nữa. Xin nhắc lại, nếu mod bị cắt lương trong vòng một tháng thì sẽ bị mất vị trí hiện tại. Cho dù bạn đã tham gia diễn đàn được bao lâu rồi. Nếu không hoạt động được trong một thời gian thì bạn phải viết đơn xin tạm nghỉ như nói ở trên.
