I was born in the contryside and I had lived there in all my childhood. So, my dream is to live in the city! I think, everything in the city is complete and perfect. But when I growe up and live in there. I realize that something is not right as I thought before. Life in the city can bring you a lot of advantages and disadvantages.
Here, I'd like to talk about advantages.
First, city is political and economic center of the contry or the province. So, it will provide you with better conditions, good environment to develop your career;
Second, living in city you can find and choose your suitable job and accumulate good experience from your well – educated colleagues. Therefore, obviously you have better chance to success than your peers who lives in countryside.
Moreover, you can send your children to good educational institutions or big hospitals or you can enjoy a lot of entertainment services.
However, you can easily realize some disadvantages of living in the city.
The first one is traffic jam which we have to suffer from everyday. According to statistics, it is one of the most serious problems that cost a lot of money.
Besides, environment pollution also endangers your health. As a result of industrialization, many factories and industrial centers are building and discharging polluted fuel and garbage. And this causes air and water pollution to the environment.
Finally, rush life in city is supposed to cause some serious diseases such as stress. You are always busy from morning to night to survive in a competitive environment in the city.You don't have time for leisure activities, that is the original reason of stress.
In conclusion, I'd like to say that wherever you live, there are both advantages and disadvantages. You should know to avoid disadvantages for your life. In my opinion, I prefer living in a city at present because I am young. But later, may be I like living in the contryside.
