Somebody recently did a compilation of celebrities composited with their younger selves and part of the posted photo was used for Keanu's. He basically looks the same except for the beard. He still looks great, but the beard helps a lot to hide the wrinkles and the loss of elasticity of the face. I am a woman, this means folliculitis and pimples. As soon as I removed the beard, wrinkles started to show. Dude looks amazing and seems like possibly the nicest guy in Hollywood. In John Wick 3 though I definitely he's starting to get a little pudge in his face. It honestly felt like they weren't going out of their way to hide his aging though, to help highlight the exhaustion of the character.
