On July 11, 2013, Ace life Vietnam announced the launch of Ace eSMART -an innovative solution which integrates mobile devices with the company database system for end to end sales and client management for its account representatives.
Through Ace eSmart, Ace Life Vietnam is the first life insurance company in Vietnam to offer a mobile payment option for the customers.
The Ace eSmart aims to boost the professionalism & efficiency of its account representatives via user- friendly interface, seamless data integration across systems and a comprehensive set of tools that will cover end to end sales and agency.
Ace eSmart is enabled to run iOS, a mobile operating system developed and distributed byApple Inc. It allows Ace Life Vietnam's account representatives to evaluate the needs & circumstances of their customers in order to recommend suitable products for them. In addition, through Ace eSmart, customers can receive policy application forms, product e-brochures and information about the company through email.
Last year, Ace eSmart was successfully rolled out to Ace life's agents in Indonesia, Hong Kong and South Korea. Following Vietnam, the Ace eSmart will be soon launched in Thailand.
