The truth is, I've been trying to eat healthier lately, and it's a battle. I mean I'm trying really really hard to be healthy, but it's just so hard.
I'm always hungry! I think about food all the time. I go grocery shopping at Whole Foods every week and spend $150 on fruits and veggies, but by Wednesday I have eaten everything in my apartment.
What am I supposed to do? Eat salad for every meal? That's boring! There are only so many salads I can make before I get sick of them.
Do you have any suggestions for how to eat healthier? It's not like there are any good restaurants around here anyway.
